Our project approach consists of three main stages:
1. Getting to know your project needs
At the start of every project we will work closely with you to clearly define the project purpose and to specify all required project objectives. This way, we will be able to customize our approach and deliverables to meet your specific business needs.
2. Carrying out the work
For marketing research, we use a well-balanced combination of proven primary and secondary research techniques to provide you with objective, accurate, and reliable insights into your topic of interest.
For business development, we use our strong business management acumen, well-honed, culture-specific prospecting and sales approaches, and established international contact bases to help you meet your sales and/or new customer prospect objectives.
For any work we do, we believe in a highly collaborative approach with our clients. We feel that it is important for our clients to be regularly updated on the project progress, and to provide us with important feedback on the work being performed.
3. Reporting
We offer great flexibility in our reporting formats, depending on individual client preferences. We can provide final reports in formats that include easy-to-review PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets (where appropriate), point-form and written reports. We have also reported orally and via teleconferencing to our international clients.
In the majority of cases, we submit all reports electronically; however, hard copies of reports can also be mailed out on request.
