As every market expansion project is unique, the specific steps, activities and outputs of any project will vary. Our collaborative approach to working with clients typically consists of the following four steps:



1. Getting To Know Your Business and Project Needs

At the start of every project we will work closely with you to get to know your business and to articulate your business' mission, vision and growth goals – the foundations of every marketing project. We will also clearly define the project purpose and specify all required project objectives and deliverables to meet your specific market expansion needs.



2. Marketing Research

Typically, we begin the market expansion project by reviewing all available information on the market already gathered by the client. Often times, clients will have already done some initial research on the market of interest, and we want to make sure that there is no duplication of efforts. Also, any information and data already gathered internally is time and money saved.

After reviewing the market information provided by the client, we will determine what, if any, additional research will be required, and how to acquire the sought-after information in the most time and cost effective fashion. 3. Marketing Strategy Development

Because every business is unique, and every business' market expansion needs are unique, so are our strategic marketing plans. The one constant is that our strategic marketing plans always aim to increase our clients' revenues and profits in their markets of interest.



4. Action Plan Development

The Action Plan provides an easy-to-follow "To Do" list for successfully implementing the proposed market expansion strategy (the "Who, What, Where, When, and How"). It also includes controls for monitoring how well the strategy's objectives are being met and what, if any, corrective actions need to be made.
